Great article Eric. I watched some of this charade streaming. You are spot on. This was an attempt to paint the violence of January 6th with a new brush. It certainly appeared that there were more news hounds and bloggers there than protestors.

Lame stream media got Donald Trump elected in 2016 and they will be hell bound to see him re-elected in 2024. Their brazen greed for ratings and revenue is pathetic. Have no doubt, they will be lined up to cover every putrid utterance from the sewer of Trump's mind. I expect they will also be more than willing to suffer his insults and threats just to get the coverage.

Not that the CBS executive chairman and CEO might vote for the Republican presidential frontrunner, but he likes the ad money Trump and his competitors are bringing to the network.

“It may not be good for America, but it’s damn good for CBS,” he said of the presidential race.

Moonves called the campaign for president a “circus” full of “bomb throwing,” and he hopes it continues.
