No differentiation between a developed system of laws and culture the Cherokee Nation and the more brutal warrior/horse culture of say ,the Comanche.

All native tribes, lumped into an indistinguishable mass, ready to be dominated and or, eliminated. Whichever was more expeditious. I see very little difference between this and the foreign policies toward the middle east , Arab , Persian , African or Asian tribes.
